As per the terms of the agreement, Primedicine Pharmaceutical has obtained the exclusive right to develop and commercialize the medicine in China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), while Primary Peptides reserves the right in other markets. Both parties did not disclose any specific financial term.
